About Atelier Lài
Atelier Lài is a brand from Brunei owned and founded by a self-taught leather craftsman. The founder was inspired by the leatherwork of a particular handmade handbag which was extremely magnificent. He fell in love with the art of handmade leathercraft and hand-stitched that adds a flair to leatherwork.
He started by working with foam sheets to make his sketched design into reality. As the journey goes on, he slowly shifted into working with Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather and gathering the necessary tools for leathercraft.
The founder believes quality lies in the continuous progress of craftmanship after each handmade craft. "Craft with Purpose"
